Terms of service

These terms apply to every service provided by Lux Life Media Network L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us") under the names Lux Travel & Life, LUX Media Network, LUX Media Magazine, BY LUX and Astra Labs. By paying for a service you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide media partnerships (social features, Reels and editorial features) and consultancy on communication and digital presence, including positioning, creative direction, client communication and the design, build and launch of websites. All services are delivered online. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Proposals and prices

Before you pay, we confirm in writing what is included, the price and the payment schedule. Prices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. Published prices are starting prices; work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only carried out once you approve it.

3. Payment

• Payments are taken by card or bank transfer through licensed payment providers. We never see or store full card details.
• Astra Labs: $99 to start, with the balance due when you approve the finished work and before launch.
• BY LUX: in three parts (reserve, design sign-off, launch) or in full, as set out in your proposal.
• Monthly plans (partnership programmes and ongoing advisory) are billed each month in advance until cancelled.
• Your card statement will show LUX-MEDIA.

4. Delivery

Timelines are agreed in the proposal and start once the first payment and the materials we need from you are received. Websites are delivered by launch on your domain or hosting, or by handing over the files. Media features are delivered by publication on our channels, followed by a short report.

5. Your part

You confirm that the materials you send us (photos, films, text, logos) are yours to use or that you have permission to use them, and you give us permission to use them for the agreed work.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, the website and the materials made specifically for you are yours. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Content published on our own channels remains part of those channels.

7. Cancellations and refunds

If we do not deliver what we promised in writing, you get a full refund. The details are in our refund policy.

8. Liability

We take care to deliver what we agree. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers or social platforms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
